E63009 - Medication Classification

Function:

This report shows medications by classification, I through V, and can be filtered and sorted by several parameters. It can be used to confirm narcotics count and to reconcile patients who received certain medications.

 

Usage:

• Required filtering: From/To Date of Service
• Optional filtering: Medication Status, Classification Schedule, Chart Area, Administered By
• Sorting options: Date of Service, Administration Area, Classification Schedule, Time Administered, Medication Name, Administered By, OR Room
• Grouping options: Date of Service, Patient, Administered By, Medication Name, Ordering Provider, Classification Schedule, Administration Status, OR Room, and Item Code
• Select De-Identify to remove patient information.
• Select Hide Detail to show only totals.
• Select Display times in Military format to display times in 24 hour military format.
• Select OR Room to display the OR Room in the Admin Area/OR column for medications that were administered in the Anesthesia area.
